During the period Jan-Apr’17 residential properties in the Verde Valley sold for a median price 17.4% above year-ago. We closed 2016 with a VV median price -14% below 2006’s all-time highs and now we are only 6.4% below those all time highs! In these first four months Camp Verde and Cottonwood were the strongest markets in price growth vs. YA, while Sedona and Rimrock were the weakest. Camp Verde promises great performance this year based on several new developments there and low home inventory.
(1) Median Price means that 50% of the sold homes were above this number and 50% below it.
